Product advantages


The water-based polyurethane mortar self leveling (GN system) product is an organic-inorganic hybrid of organic castor oil polyurethane and active bone material, which can endow the substrate surface with excellent properties such as impact resistance, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture hydrolysis resistance, and high temperature and low temperature resistance. At the same time, the dense molecular structure prevents small molecule penetration, achieving the purpose of dirt resistance and easy cleaning. It is currently the most suitable floor choice for harsh environments such as food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical production, laboratory buildings, and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.



01 Chemical resistance

Waterborne polyurethane mortar can resist corrosion from most inorganic and organic solutions and solvents.

For various food corrosive liquids such as acetic acid, sugar solution, lactic acid (milk, dairy products), oleic acid (vegetable oil, animal fat), fruit acid, citric acid, etc., they have anti-corrosion function.


02 High and low temperature resistance


In the food industry, there are often oil stains and pigments on the ground, which are difficult to clean. Food factories often use high-temperature steam to flush the floor.

Normally, these vapors can reach up to 120 ℃, while epoxy flooring is only suitable for use in environments below 60 ℃ where it easily softens beyond 60 ℃.

Polyurethane mortar can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 130 ℃, without worrying about floor softening and peeling caused by steam flushing.


03 Corrosion resistance

Many food factories use ceramic tiles for their flooring, which can easily be damaged during product transportation. Once the tiles are damaged, oil stains and blood will seep along, cracks will penetrate into the concrete, and over time, there will be a foul odor.

Polyurethane mortar will only have traces left by heavy impact without cracks, so there is no need to worry about floor pollution caused by heavy impact.
